Amazon was the first marketplace to hard-block listings over GPSR, and it is the strictest about the detail. The Responsible Person field was 2025's problem; in 2026 it is safety warnings, manufacturer contact data and product identifiers.
Amazon collects GPSR data in two places: account-level Responsible Person details, and per-listing safety and compliance attributes. Exactly where the fields live moves around between Seller Central releases, so treat the paths below as a map rather than a screenshot — check Seller Central's own compliance help page for the current wording.
Amazon's GPSR suppressions almost always come down to one of a handful of causes. The message text is generic; the cause usually is not.
Work in this order. Fixing the ASIN attributes before the account-level Responsible Person just produces a second suppression.
The generator produces the exact strings for the safety warnings attribute and manufacturer/Responsible Person fields, plus an A4 PDF sheet you can print for the box. Everything runs in your browser — nothing about your catalogue is uploaded anywhere.
